Dear Parents, Students, Past Pupils and Well-Wishers,

Greetings from Don Bosco School and Junior College!

At the outset, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and a warm welcome to all as we begin the new scholastic year 2026–27. Every academic year brings new hopes, opportunities, and challenges, and together we embark on another meaningful journey of learning and growth.

The theme for this academic year is: “You Are Not Alone.”

In today’s fast-moving and demanding world, many young people silently struggle with stress, fear, anxiety, loneliness, academic pressure, and health-related challenges. Through this theme, we wish to remind every student, parent, teacher, and member of the Don Bosco family that we stand together in support, care, and encouragement. As an institution inspired by the vision of Don Bosco, we believe that education is not merely the formation of the mind, but also the nurturing of the heart.

This year, our focus will be on three important pillars:
Health and Well-being, Discipline, and Academic Excellence.

We aim to create a safe, caring, and positive environment where every student feels valued, heard, and guided. Along with academic growth, we will continue to emphasize discipline, responsibility, emotional and physical well-being, character formation, and holistic development. We strongly believe that a healthy body and a healthy mind together build a strong and confident individual.

I invite parents to walk hand in hand with the school in this noble mission of shaping our young minds into confident, compassionate, and responsible citizens. To our dear students, I encourage you to dream big, work hard, stay disciplined, take care of your health, and never hesitate to seek guidance whenever needed. Remember, you are never alone in your journey.

To our past pupils and well-wishers, thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and prayers. Your bond with Don Bosco continues to inspire the younger generation.

May this academic year be filled with learning, growth, joy, and success for all.

God bless you abundantly.

Best regards,
Fr. Rixson Nigrel
